Calm is an app that I used the most, it is beautifully designed with great features. I tried Simple Habit and Aware too, but I didn’t attach to those apps much. Recently, I tried a new app called Masters of Mindfulness, I found the functionalities are pretty interesting, and it’s beautifully designed too.
You might also be confused about terms like fasting windows, 16/8, or the 5:2. 1 day ago I tested 26 habit tracking apps over the course of about a month (Android, iPhone, and web browser.) Of these 26 I found that only 6 were, what I would qualify as, really good or worth using. I placed each app into a category based on its individual strengths and weaknesses.
